Photo and video: You can edit your photo and video at any time. To do this, you first must be signed into the app. From the app:
- Go to “My Account”
- Account Info
- Select “Photo” → upload new photo
- Select “Video” → upload new video file

Service area: Your service area tells us where you’d like to babysit, and we only match you with families in your chosen zone. The larger your service area, the more families will see you on the Chime platform. Learn how to update your service area here.
Location: You can update your location at any time from your Account Settings. Be sure to also update your service area when updating your location as this will not update automatically.

- Advance notice time
- Minimum or maximum child age
- Maximum number of children
- Education/Headline of profile
- Pet preference
- Years Experience
- Email address
