All kids can fall under the weather from time to time. At Chime, we encourage parents to be transparent with their sitter if their child has fallen ill.
If you receive word that you'll be caring for a sick child, it's up to you to see your booking through. If you are no longer comfortable caring for the child, no problem. Just let Chime Customer Success know, and we'll work with the parent to find a new caregiver. A cancelation penalty will not be held against you for canceling on a sick child.
