When a booking ends, click into the booking on the Chime app/site and start closing it out. Enter in the time the booking started and ended. The sooner you do this the better, so parents can quickly receive their email receipt.
NOTE: Parents occasionally come home earlier or later than the original end time. In these cases, you always put the time they arrive home. If the booking was supposed to end at 11pm, but the parents get home at 10:30pm, you close the booking for 10:30pm. Same rule applies if they're a little late.
If you and the parents agreed on any "Other Expenses" they owe you, you can enter that amount in this section (i.e. if you paid for dinner), but this is usually left blank.
